    因低溫樣品製備技術能夠直接攝得固定在無序冰中樣品的暫態,此技術亦具有解析巨分子動態的能力。 再者,低溫電顯斷層攝影術(Cryo Tomography)可較為快速獲得生物巨分子之結構。

    本設施主要服務項目為低溫樣品之取圖與三維重構等。 本設施可依使用者需求,針對大於200kD 的蛋白巨分子、病毒等提供服務與技術諮詢及支援。


    1. 低溫樣品製備:預約討論時間 → 討論或指導樣品製備流程 → 樣品製備
    2. 上機服務:由專人委託協助上機。欲自行上機操作者,須經過儀器管理人認可方得自行上機。
    3. 資料擷取與運算:包含影像取得與分析運算、3D結構重建等。
