Taiwan International Graduate Program (TIGP)
Introduction
The Taiwan International Graduate Program (TIGP) was established by Academia Sinica in 2002 to attract highly qualified young researchers from home and abroad. These young scientists are expected to help jump-start the development of several frontier areas in science and technology in Taiwan. TIGP is an interdisciplinary program, which exists as a close partnership between Academia Sinica and several distinguished universities. Within TIGP, specific graduate programs have been developed to promote innovation and raise the academic standards of research in target fields.
